Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipment. Absorba is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
